Pati brings the insights and expertise gained as an executive over 30+ years of corporate business experience, across multiple industries and functional areas, spanning North / South / Central America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
A pioneering female among the global executive ranks in the Downstream business, Pati was the first female Sales Director and President of ExxonMobil Inter-America Inc. Pati served as ExxonMobil’s Advisory Board Co-Chair for the Global Organization for the Advancement of Latinos, and Chair for the Women Interest Network Global Sustainment Committee.
Frustrated by the consequences of poor leadership and unhealthy work cultures, Pati became an executive coach because she detests human talent being underutilized and underdeveloped. She wants to share the insights she has gained in addressing and overcoming these professional and leadership challenges herself. Through Pati’s experiences as a leader, sponsor, mentor, and coach, she has developed a keen ability to help people troubleshoot and overcome the complex challenges they face in their everchanging workplaces, industries, and career stages. Pati loves helping executives create amazing careers and helping leaders create high performing, engaged organizations.
Pati is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and she is certified in Polarity Thinking, as a Transformational Thought Coach, and as a Designing Your Life Coach.
Pati graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami in Florida, under a full academic scholarship, earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.
An avid fly fisher and active philanthropist, when she is not coaching or on stage, Pati often finds herself in fishing waders by day or a gown at black-tie charity events by night.
